Steve did a great job explaining how the whole process worked.The house was unoccupied but Steve kept me informed of all viewings and open houses. The entire process couldn’t have been any easier.

Steve was always there for whatever we needed. From looking at multiple houses to in-depth questions about the house we chose. Steve was always willing to help.

I will start off by saying that it was a great pleasure working with Steve. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were understandably very inexperienced going into everything. I’ve heard accounts from friends/family where their realtor was difficult to work with. I’m thrilled to say that’s not the experience we had. Steve was knowledgeable, patient, and just an overall pleasure to work and have conversations with. We felt Steve had the best interest of our family in mind instead of being anxious to just make a sale, which goes a long way when making what’s likely the biggest decision of your life as a first time homebuyer. Always went above and beyond, always available, and would address our questions/concerns as they came about. He made what’s a very stressful process into less of one, and I don’t think this would have happened if we didn’t find Steve. I can’t give enough praise, and our family is very grateful. Highly recommended. I will tell anyone looking to buy a home.

Steve was great! Very knowledgeable, timely, and helpful. There were issues during my final walk through and Steve had everything sorted out before the next day. He was ready and willing to put in late hours to make the final steps of the process smooth, despite unforeseeable issues in the house. Highly recommend.
